Veterans Day BBQ is a rousing success! Restoration and Recovery Foundation, in collaboration with your Exchange Club and members sponsored this incredible event which featured freshly grilled hotdogs and hamburgers, community conversations, essential resources, hygiene items, and inspirational music. It was a day for us all to come together, show our gratitude, and provide support to our brave servicemen and women who served our country so well. Thank you to everyone who joined in and made Veterans Day so special.
Announcements
Elections for our Officers and Directors will be held at our meeting on Friday, January 10th. We will have 11 seats on our Board, which includes six Director positions assigned as Vice Presidents
responsible for Community Service, Youth Programs, Americanism, Media, Membership/Sponsorship and one ‘At-Large’ position. Of course, in addition we will also confirm our choices
for President, President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer. It is my thought that those elected will serve for the remainder of this Exchange Year ending June 30th and continue on through the 2025-26 Exchange Year. Our success in building a strong foundation for the Exchange Club of Las Vegas will be critical in establishing a long-lasting, effective presence in our community.
The BECAUSE WE CARE LAS VEGAS Thanksgiving Feast was huge success! Kudos to members, Pastor Kim, Pastor Jeff, Matthew, JP, our friends Pam, Candy, and Barbara, plus all the
Volunteers for such a wonderful, beautiful night on G Street! The People that came out to dine and for fellowship! The Cooks! The Photographer, The Heat Lamps, The Clothes, The Food, The 30-foot table that Chaplain Wess made so that we no longer have to bring tables and tablecloths for serving!
