At the heart of the Exchange Club of Las Vegas is a simple but powerful idea: UNITY. In a time when division can feel more visible than connection, our club continues to be a beacon of togetherness, compassion, and purpose.

This past year, we’ve seen firsthand how unity transforms lives. With our membership now at 29 strong, and growing thanks to the efforts of Kim Henderson, Marivelle Nunez, Joshua Schuster, and JP Fallou —each honored with the Membership Award at the National Exchange Club Convention—we are building a network of changemakers who believe in the power of community.

We’ve also made great strides in our fundraising efforts, allowing us to support more local causes and expand our reach. Whether it’s through service projects, awareness campaigns, or events like our upcoming “Mental Health Matters” gathering on September 27th, we are creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered. Unity isn’t just a word—it’s a commitment.

It’s showing up for one another, listening with empathy, and working together to build a better Las Vegas. As we move into the new year, let’s continue to lead with heart, serve with purpose, and put unity back into community—one act of kindness at a time. Dave Black & JP Fallou receive the Distinguished Club Secretary and President Award at the National Convention.

With gratitude and excitement, JP Fallou – President Exchange Club of Las Vegas

As we continue to do good work for our community, we must remember it was Teamwork which is the art of bringing diverse minds and hearts together to achieve a common goal that created our Club. It’s where individual strengths blend into collective greatness. In a team, we learn to listen, to support, to lead, and to follow. We discover that success becomes sweeter when it is shared, and burdens grow lighter when carried together. True teamwork is rooted in trust, respect, and a shared vision—where every voice is valued and every effort matters. This truth echoed in 1776, as it still does today in 2025, reminding us that UNITY has always been the foundation of lasting strength.
